MOQ is quoted by SKU
There is no responsible universal minimum order quantity across every material and vial strength. A quotation states the MOQ for each requested SKU, available batch and delivery schedule so the buyer can evaluate the real proposal.
Include expected monthly volume and launch quantity. This allows the response to distinguish a one-time bulk order from an ongoing reseller or distributor relationship.
Territory and channel review
State the countries, customer type, website, marketplace or offline channel and intended language coverage. A country appearing in retail shipping options does not automatically grant wholesale distribution rights.
Supported territories, any exclusivity and brand-use permissions are confirmed in the written proposal. No territory is promised solely by submitting the form.
Documentation and presentation standards
A wholesale review checks how exact variants, batch documents, research-only restrictions and source limitations will be represented. Partners must not convert analytical results into unsupported medical, purity or regulatory claims.
Product images, names, translations and certificate links should remain connected to the correct SKU and batch. Any approved use of brand assets is documented separately.
