European shipping guide

Research peptides in Europe: a shipping and documentation checklist.

European delivery is more than a transit-time claim. Qualified laboratory buyers should confirm destination coverage, price, tracking, product records and local requirements before payment.

Confirm the dispatch route

Check where the order is dispatched from, which destinations are supported and whether the quoted service applies to the exact delivery country. Switzerland, the Balkans and Ukraine may have different rates or processes from EU destinations.

The checkout should calculate or clearly confirm the rate for the entered address. If the destination is not supported, the order should not proceed as if delivery were guaranteed.

Review dispatch and tracking information

Separate dispatch time from carrier transit time. A professional shipping page explains when an order is prepared, whether tracking is provided and how buyers are notified.

Keep the order number, buyer email and tracking reference together. These details allow support to identify a parcel without requesting passwords or payment-card data.

Check packaging and product records

The order record should identify the product and selected variant. Where batch documents are available, the buyer should be able to connect them to the material received.

Packaging claims should remain factual. Buyers with specific institutional storage or handling requirements should confirm them before ordering rather than infer them from a generic delivery badge.

Understand destination responsibility

Import, tax, procurement and laboratory-handling rules can differ by destination and institution. Published shipping availability does not mean every buyer or use case is automatically permitted.

Qualified buyers are responsible for confirming the rules that apply to their address and intended lawful laboratory research.

Use a pre-order checklist

A two-minute check before payment can prevent most avoidable delivery questions.

  • Destination appears on the published shipping page
  • Checkout shows the expected delivery price
  • Buyer email and address are correct
  • Exact product variant is recorded
  • Available COA links open correctly
  • Local institutional and import requirements were reviewed

European shipping FAQ

Does one EU shipping price apply to every country?

Not necessarily. Review the published rate for the destination and confirm it at checkout.

Is dispatch time the same as delivery time?

No. Dispatch is the time before the parcel is handed to the carrier; transit time begins after handover.

What information should I keep after ordering?

Keep the order number, buyer email, selected variant, invoice or confirmation and tracking reference.
