These terms apply to orders placed with pxl. s.r.o., trading as ANMIT Labs. They supplement, and do not remove, mandatory rights that apply under the buyer’s local law.

Research-use restriction
Products are offered only for lawful laboratory, analytical or institutional research. They are not medicines, food, supplements, medical devices or veterinary products and are not offered for human or animal administration.
Order formation and availability
A checkout confirmation records the requested items and delivery details. An order is accepted only when ANMIT confirms availability and payment through an approved method. ANMIT may refuse or hold an order where stock, documentation, destination rules, fraud signals or buyer information require review.
Price and payment
The checkout shows product prices, delivery charges, discounts and the final amount before payment. Payment-card data is collected by the payment provider, not stored in the ANMIT order database. A transaction is treated as paid only after the provider confirms it.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer must check whether import, possession, handling and intended institutional use are lawful at the destination. A catalogue listing or successful checkout is not a statement that a product is lawful for every country or purpose.
Problems and complaints
Contact info@anmit-labs.com with the order number, purchasing email and a factual description of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
