Dispatch estimates
Published dispatch and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Payment confirmation, weekends, public holidays, stock verification, documentation review, customs and carrier disruption may affect timing.
Buyer and address checks
The buyer must provide a complete deliverable address and check local import and possession rules. ANMIT may request clarification, decline a product-country combination or cancel and refund an order that cannot be dispatched lawfully or reliably.
Customs, failed delivery and damage
Customs charges or institutional import documentation may be the buyer’s responsibility where applicable. For a failed or damaged delivery, contact support before arranging a chargeback or returning the parcel so the carrier evidence and available remedy can be checked.
