Contact info@anmit-labs.com as soon as possible with the order number and purchasing email. If the parcel has not entered fulfilment or dispatch, ANMIT will try to stop it and confirm the available refund method.

How to cancel an order, report damage or a wrong item, request a return and preserve statutory rights.

Distance-sale withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, the customer may notify ANMIT within the legally applicable period. Product characteristics, sealed packaging, handling requirements and the buyer’s legal status can affect the process, so ANMIT will confirm the correct return instructions before anything is sent back.
Damaged, wrong or missing delivery
Report visible parcel damage, a wrong item or a missing delivery promptly. Include the order number, delivery label and clear photos of the outer parcel, seal, product label and damage. Keep all packaging until support confirms the next step.
Return authorisation
Do not send research materials to an unpublished address. Support will provide a return reference and destination when a return is accepted. Refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible after the returned parcel or carrier evidence is checked.
Statutory rights
This policy does not replace mandatory rights for consumers, defective goods, non-delivery or goods that do not match the contract. If a request cannot be resolved directly, the customer may use an applicable national alternative-dispute-resolution body.
