Controller

pxl. s.r.o., Lehota 803, 951 36 Lehota, Slovakia, is the controller for personal data used to operate ANMIT Labs. Privacy requests can be sent to info@anmit-labs.com.

Data collected

• Account identifiers and authentication records supplied through the account provider.
• Order contact, billing, delivery and purchased-item records.
• Support, documentation and wholesale enquiries.
• Payment status and provider transaction references, but not complete payment-card numbers.
• Security logs needed to detect abuse and protect accounts.
• Consent-gated analytics identifiers and campaign attribution when analytics consent is granted.
• If you enter an email during checkout and leave without completing the order: your email, locale, saved cart items, a random checkout identifier and reminder-delivery state may be retained to send one service reminder about that specific unfinished checkout. This is not a newsletter or unrelated marketing communication.

Purposes and legal bases

• Contract: process an order, payment, delivery, account or requested support service.
• Legal obligation: maintain tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and compliance records where required.
• Legitimate interests: secure the service, prevent abuse and keep reliable operational records, subject to a balancing assessment.
• Consent: optional analytics cookies and any optional marketing communication. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
• Saved-cart service reminder: send one message about the specific unfinished checkout, with an easy stop link in the message. This address is not added to a newsletter or unrelated marketing list.

Recipients and international processing

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics and delivery providers. Providers act under their own legal duties or documented processing terms. Where data leaves the EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards must be used.

Retention and security

Records are kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal, accounting, dispute and security obligations. Saved-cart reminder records expire automatically and are normally deleted within 30 days after completion, conversion or expiry; using the stop link removes the saved email and items and retains a temporary anonymous suppression record to prevent another reminder. Access is restricted, secrets remain server-side, sensitive database tables are closed to public browser access, and backups and incident procedures are maintained.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.
